We’ve been a little MIA for a while as we gear up for wedding season and of course, our new website! We’re getting back into the swing of things and have one BIG announcement that some of you may have already figured out.

I am pleased to introduce you to Lindsey, our new Client Services Coordinator! Lindsey started with us 2 short months ago and has already taken the reins in her new position. If you email us, you’ll likely see a response from her as I’ve shifted my focus to creating new programs, client styling, and fulfilling my lifelong goal of earning my Masters degree.

When Lindsey approached us, I immediately knew she’d be a good fit. As I sat across the table from her, her personal style and contagious personality made for an easy decision to bring her into the Something Borrowed family. In fact, she was standing in line in front of me grabbing a coffee and I remember thinking to myself “man, this gal has style!”. Not only that, but as a recent newlywed herself, she knows the ins and outs of planning a wedding. In fact, she happened to be one of our clients for her wedding!

Lindsey was born & raised in beautiful Portland, Oregon. Spending her days exploring the city she loves, her love for all things vintage blossomed. She believes everything has a story to tell; she’s a true treasure-hunter at heart and a thrifting enthusiast.

With over 10 years of customer service and hospitality experience, she is passionate about building genuine relationships with her clients and co-workers. She loves learning and exploring the world through design and art, but also has a knack for operations, being detail-oriented, and understands what it takes to create an authentic customer service experience.

While she has spent time developing in planning, managing, and styling, investing in people and helping them cultivate their ideas into real life is her biggest strength.

Some of her interests include… being a wife, camping, chips & salsa, sewing, The Office, thrifting, animal lover, the ocean, Chapstick, listening to vinyls, my friends & family.

What Does this Mean to You?

First and foremost, Lindsey is here for you. She will work directly with you from the start of your decor planning process all the way through the day of your wedding or event. She is here to answer your questions, process your rental requests, provide feedback on what pieces from our inventory work well with each other and offer recommendations on other wedding professionals to work with. With her previous work at Free People, she has a great sense of style and the latest trends. In fact, her first challenge working with us was wardrobe styling on set at a shoot. And guess what? She NAILED it!

We are beyond thrilled to have Lindsey on board with us and excited for everyone who gets to meet her! If you happen to schedule an inventory viewing with us, chances are you’ll get to meet her so be sure to give her a big, warm welcome!
